I am private nail technician based in Fort Worth, Texas. I specialize in gel based services with the focus on the integrity and health of natural nails.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy All cancellations & rescheduling must be done by contacting 682-333-1692 by text message or using my website (website only will let you cancel 48 hrs or more in advance). Cancellations made within 24 hours or less will result in a cancellation fee of 100%. You will receive appointment reminders before the 24 hour period to give you plenty of time to reschedule or cancel your appointment if needed. If you are scheduled for multiple services and when you arrive you decide to take a service off you will still be charged for that entire service. I do not take cancellations through social media! All cancellations, partial cancellations and reschedules shall be made by contacting 682-333-1692 by text message or through the website ONLY. Late Policy You have a 10 minute grace period from the time your appointment begins for scheduled appointments. If you are not in my chair by the 10 minute mark, I will not complete your service and your appointment will be marked as no-show and the no-show fee of 100% will be charged to you. When you are late, I am not able to take my following clients on time which is not fair to them. I recommend giving yourself 10 minutes prior to your appointment to find parking and to enter the building.
If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible! I will try our best to work with you. If you are scheduled for multiple services and we only have time to complete one of those services because you were late, you still will be charged for that service that you missed as well. This is the same as the 24 hour cancellation. Thank you for understanding! Double Booking In the event that you have accidentally booked two appointments within the time limit of you only needing one, you will still be charged if you failed to cancel one of those appointments outside of the 24 hour cancellation. It is your responsibility to reach out to me to cancel the appointment that you don’t want to keep. I do my best to catch these booking errors but I am only human. My website allows you to cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance there is no excuse. No Show Policy If you do not show up for your appointment there will be a 100% no show fee charged to the card on file. After 10 minutes you will be considered a no show. Upgrades If you wish to have nail upgrades and enhancements such as nail art, nail tips, removals, or any other service that requires extra time to complete at the time of your booking and failed to schedule/communicate those upgrades with me, there may not be able to complete them for you. I will try my best to perform these upgrades but if I have a client immediately after you then I may not be able to. Please add the upgrades at the time of booking or shoot me a text/call to add it to your appointment. If you come with product on your nails without booking removal and I do not have time to remove it, it may result in a shortened or canceled appointment in which you will be charged 100% of the services you had booked. Refusal of Service I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, immorally, seemingly intoxicated/inebriated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. Any disruptive behavior that hinders service of another guest or hinders me from completing your service will result in asking you to leave and being charged the full cost of the services booked. Children Policy The salon suite is small and it cannot accommodate a small child/or children. There are chemicals, expensive products and equipment that is not safe or suitable for a child/children to be around. I don’t want to risk harm to the child or myself. I ask that you please arrange adequate childcare before making your appointment. Thank you for understanding! Phone/Device Policy Please limit phone calls. If you plan on taking a phone call, please be considerate of my time by keeping it at a low volume and short. If taking a phone call hinders me from completing your service it may result in a shortening of service or being asked to pay 100% of your service and rescheduling you. I will need both of your hands available to me at all times to complete your service in a timely and efficient manner. Computers, tablets or any other device follow under this policy. Food Policies
 I do not allow food in my salon, when I am doing your nails I need both hands available. It is unsanitary and unsafe to be eating during a nail service. Drinks are acceptable to have but if it is spilt and damages any of my equipment/supplies you are responsible for the damages. I do not allow gum chewing. I have misophonia, it is a condition characterized by an intense dislike or intolerance of specific sounds, known as "trigger sounds." Gum chewing is a major trigger sound for me. Infectious Diseases 
In the event that you come to your appointment with a fungal infection or the skin or nail, a contagious skin disorder, or any open wounds that can hinder or compromise your and my health, I will have to refuse service. I will not be responsible for any conditions that were present but not disclosed at the time of service. This is for the safety of other clients and myself. Liability You consent willingly to all services and policies. You are aware and acknowledge that I will not be held responsible for the risk and hazard that may arise during your service. I will not provide any compensation to you should a risk or hazard arise due to your behavior or negligence. You as the client expects no compensation, refunds, bonus and or reward for breaking policies. You as the client are responsible for their own budget and expenses during the activity.
